I am a highly-experienced individual seeking a company who shares my work ethic and customer service values. As you can see from my resume I have been a business owner and administrative assistant, working remotely for 10+ years on the company I built from the ground up.

My clients often compliment me on my ability to meet their needs, within deadlines, and with minimal direction. They also appreciate my professionalism and ability to work with their customers and vendors in a way that represents them in a positive light while accomplishing the necessary objectives.

I am an easy-going individual with a flexible schedule, and a keen eye for details. Customer service is high on my priority list and I’ve learned a lot of my customer service philosophies from reading great books like Leaders Eat Last, Start with Why, Zingerman’s Guide to Great Customer Service and The Year without Pants.

I value my family and choose to work remotely so I can be home to enjoy the milestones that come with raising children. Having said that, I’m also a social butterfly who likes to get out and see the world now and then. I’m looking for a position where I can spread my wings and fly, experiencing personal and professional growth, while providing additional income to my household.
